Responsibilities for this position include:
- Verify the Project is Established in Procore with Project Controls
- Verify Project Established in Foundation with Controller
- Project Established in Teams/Moved out of Bid Folder
- Data Entry of Budget into Procore/Foundation (Vendors)
- Permits (Tracked in Prelim Action Plan)
- Utility Coord. (Tracked in Prelim Action Plan)
- Project Documents always up to date in Procore
- Additional Demo permitting, including EPA
- Long Lead Time Management (Action Item)
- Write, Submit, and Track Product Submittals
- Change Events
- Write, Submit, and Track RFI's
- Utility Cut Over to Owner
- Submit Closeout Documents (O&M's, Warranty, etc.)
- Assign Tasks to responsible parties with due dates via action plans and other task methods in Procore.
- Ensure emails are logged.
- Work with PM to craft weekly PM meetings.
- Work with the PM to convert the Buyout to Finalized Budget.
- Preparing for approval all pay applications & invoicing
- Associate degree in construction, design or related field, or 4 years related experience
- Proficiency in Procore Construction Management Software, preferred
